Do I have to come at the scheduled time?
Yes, athletes will only be able to participate during their projected time based on age groups.
Will I have to sign my child in and out?
Athletes are required to be signed in and out by a parent/caregiver.
What documentation is required?
All participants must complete the online registration (linked above) AND all participants must present a signed Liability Waiver.
What should the athletes wear?
All black athletic wear (leggings, biking shorts, t-shirts) AND tennis shoes.
What should the athlete bring?
Water bottle and asthma inhaler (if needed).
Are parents allowed to observe the clinic?
Parents are NOT allowed to stay during the clinic.
Is this only for residents of DC?
No. Athletes who do not live in DC are able to attend.
